"First time Expedia user (I normally stay in hotels). I have to say, this experience exceeded all my expectations: (online) communication with Margie was pleasant, precise, and prompt; surprising number amenities were included; location was central and accessible; accommodations were very well-maintained, clean, hospitable, safe and quiet. We even had a charming private terrace in the back. The price was extremely competitive. Would definitely use again. In fact, I can't imagine staying anywhere...

"Lovely three-bedroom townhome equipped with all the essentials. Comfort level is adequate for a long or short stay but could be improved (Bed could be softer) . Communication was functional but felt somewhat impersonal. Be aware: guests must dispose of their own garbage at public facilities to dodge extra fees. I was a bit annoyed loading up garbage in my car to dispose of it. That said, I could’ve opted to pay the $15 per bag which I just felt as a matter of principle I was wrong....

"The microwave was too dirty. The place smells like indian food and it makes our clothes smell like food. There are charges if we dont bring the trash bags outside. So we have to bring it with us in the car and throw it somewhere else. There is no temperature control which makes us really cold the entire stay. "

"Great option for a trip to Toronto. Room was clean and tidy, towels provided. 10 min walk to nearest subway that takes you directly into the city centre. Would recommend!"

"Decent value-price relationship for the location. Some feedback: - you should have floors dedicated to business travelers. I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...
