"Clean room "

"Room was great, the king bed was comfortable to sleep in and the freebies in the washroom was super nice. Unfortunately we kept having troubles with going out the parking lot and we had to scan the parking ticket 10 mins for the bar to open. Someone pulled the fire alarm late at night which disturbed our sleep as well. "

"This was a smoke free facility however the overwhelming smell of marijuana and cigarettes on the second floor was overbearing. My thirteen year old was exposed and this was disheartening as we stayed from saturday to Thursday. The washing machine and dryer were unavailable for use. We asked for extra blankets two nights in a row and we never got them first nor last. Our toilet paper stock was two rolls when we arrived and was not replenished during our stay. We used kleenex for the last evening and morning. The cleaning staff walked into our room two mornings during our stay and our bed sheets were used to redress the bed not changed to be washed like to be expected. The key cards needed to be adjusted each day as they would not work to unlock doors day to day. Disappointed to say the least."

"Room was very nice, i like the welcome sign with my name on the TV, The bed was amazing so good and soft, everyday after housekeeping the room was clean, organized, bathroom clean, the pool was awesome my daughter had a blast, the breakfast was great variety every day i would say, everything was amazing, when i come back i would definitely stay here again and would recommend friends and family to stay there."

"Abdulla was very helpful at the front desk to check us in fast and gave us an excellent room. It was a very short stay but comfortable room which had everything what we expected in a standard room. Highly recommend for a short stay close to the Toronto Airport and all major rental car facilities just around th corner from the hotel."

"Staff very friendly. Location is excellent and so was the parking. Rooms were large but a little dated. While the furniture was uncomfortable, the beds and pillows were great. I did notice a few stains on the carpet but otherwise, rooms were very clean."
