"Location, stuffs, room space, breakfast are all great. The only issue I encounter was the closure of one of the amenities, but after I raised it Shirley and her team handled it very professionally and showed great care of guests. I would stay at this hotel again!"

"Overall our stay was okay, our very first encounter with the check in staff was disappointing as we encountered a rude staff member. We utilized the hot tub amenities but unfortunately the jets were not working and the hot tub was luke warm in temp, we informed staff of this and we were told “it’s computer regulated,” and could not be changed. There was construction going on in the building our entire stay as well which we were informed by newsletter on arrival stating it would be “ambient noises,” unfortunately it was not lol. Otherwise, rooms were clean, Pavel in the hotel restaurant was amazing, and the location is excellent! "

"Comfortable stay close to Banff. Full kitchen made it easy to make a quick breakfast before heading out adventuring for the day. Pool was pretty busy, but fun for my daughter. Outdoor hot tub was relaxing but full!"

"No breakfast was offered at the hotel. It would’ve thought at least a continental breakfast would be offered for the price of the room. Excellent view from our window overlooking the falls. Doesn’t get much better than that. I guess the cleaning crew was under added as the room was only cleaned upon request. If this room didn’t have a view the rating would’ve been much worse."
