This property is beautiful. The room had everything we needed including a kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils and cooking tools. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The staff were able to bring anything we needed the next morning which was nice. Entry into the building was simple but made us feel secure. Everything was very clean as well! Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was awesome loved the location very clean walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc my only complaint would be there is little to no parking. The hotel has 5 designated spots for a fee every day you use a spot. However we enjoyed our stay I definitely recommend.

The place is very clean. The location is excellent, near all old Quebec attractions. Dining options are plentiful nearby. Very limit parking at the property though. Must reserve parking space ASAP.

The property itself was nice and close to downtown/old Quebec area. Parking was limited, we had to purchase a parking pass. The space is advertised as accommodating 6 people but the "sofa beds" are tiny and uncomfortable. I would say this place fit 4 people MAX and that is being generous as there is only ONE bed, ONE pull-out sofa bed and the other sofa turned into a bed but it was small and uncomfortable, maybe good enough for a child. Another thing that was unfortunate was there were blood stains on the extra duvets and no duvet covers. Not having reception onsite was inconvenient as well, because if we were at a hotel we would just call down and ask for new duvets but the desk was closed by the time we were heading to bed. I reported the stain but was told it was just their cleaning agent that may stain the linens. I wish I took a picture, I know what blood looks like and it was dark red blobs about the size of a thumbprint. The hotel did nothing to remedy our dissatisfaction and so we likely wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was at a good spot in downtown- walkable distance from the trains and bus stations to get around. Actually quiet in the nighttime over the weekend, which I'm surprised because city downtowns are usually loud at weekend nights. My only bad experience was that the room got stuffy/too hot at nighttime which prevented me from sleeping. Unfortunately I couldn't adjust the room temp via the thermostat- only housekeeping can. Overall, good stay for the weekend.
