"Yes , Staff are ok and room is clean. Being a Platinum member of Expedia, I choose this property because of the "Vip access" that I am entitled of a $15 food value but was not offered. Other hotels like Tunnel Mountain and Hidden Ridge are giving me a bottle of wine. It's done. .just saying."

"I had a really lovely stay at the Ptarmigan Inn in Banff. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and cosy after long days out exploring, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how easy everything felt, from check-in to getting around Banff without a car. A great choice if you want a comfortable, well-located hotel with a welcoming feel. I’d happily stay here again."
