Banff Hotels with Hot Tubs

"These are old dated units. You can hear every footstep up above and I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper."

"Hot tub and sauna were amazing. Good location in town close to everything except the train lines which ran a lot. We are light sleepers so this was a shock to our system. Bed was too firm but this is a personal preference. Great shower area and overall great customer service."

"Was disappointed of location of our room. Almost the farthest room from the elevator. We could not enjoy our balcony due to the construction outside. We were not told this may be an issue. We had come to this hotel for a few visits and were disappointed. I feel like we were punished for not booking directly with the hotel. One of our most favourite reasons for staying was the sauna, which was not working and the jacuzzi had no pressure in the jets. "

"We loved this place for all the little touches! Smores from 4-7pm, the hot tubs, and especially the lounge area with access to games. It was so nice to see many different people spending time together playing games."

"Room was subpar. Looks completely different than the photos so please be prepared for that when booking especially if you don’t upgrade your room. We found stains on our towels. Every set had a new stain. Even though they were small it was still gross. Bathroom has water damage and the shower head is old and crusty. Overall a fine room to stay in when just used for sleeping but when spending 300$ plus for each night you would hope it was what they showed in the pictures. Will not be returning. "

"We had a loft room and it is set up well. Bed and extra powder room in loft makes it more roomy and convenient. Handy little kitchenette. Will stay here again."
