Top Banff National Park Hotel Reviews
Moose Hotel And Suites
"The location was perfect! We will definitely stay again. My only complaint is whenever housekeeping would come clean the room, they would turn down the temperature to 60 degrees. When we would come back at night we would freeze!"
Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
"The property is fabulous- view of Lake Louise is breathtaking. Our room was impeccably clean as were the common areas. Service is impeccable, the staff sensational- professional, courteous, super helpful, caring and ready to go out of their way to make your stay perfect! Dined at both The Lakeside and Louiza and they exceeded our expectations; again superb service, great food, generous enough portions and pleasant environment. Had one of my best ever gnocchi. Extra special mention for above and beyond service: Huey @ Front Desk; Shree and Giorgia @ The Lakeview; and Antoine & Louiza."
Otter Hotel
"Beautiful hotel, 15 minute walk in to the main Banff town. Rooms lovely, spacious and clean! Coffee in room each day was a lovely way to start the day! Guest laundry was perfect to get some washing done before our next travel. Hot pools with the most amazing view of the mountains! Thank you otter hotel for a beautiful stay!!"
Banff Park Lodge
"The room we were allocated was some distance from reception and was quite run down. Didn’t think it great value for money"
Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
"Spent a fantastic 5 days here and can’t wait to return. Room was clean and spacious with all basic amenities provided. Particularly loved the Rocky soap, shampoo etc which we were able to purchase at the store in town. Conveniently located Roam bus stop located a few meters away and for the two organised tours we took the pick up was right out front. Easy stroll into town but bus passes are also provided by reception for Roam transit which was great. We enjoyed using the hot tub/pool daily aswell as the small gym which is the only thing we felt could be improved on as there is just one bike, one treadmill and some weights. We ate at the Keg restaurant at the hotel twice aswell as having drinks at the bar. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property."
Baker Creek By Basecamp
"I feel the lodge is over priced for what is offered. $750 night"
Hidden Ridge Resort
"Very cute resort!"
Castle Mountain Chalets
"La vue sur la montagne est de toute beauté. Le petit chalet étais parfait pour nous. Le seul inconvénient c’est le train qui passe très proche du site."
Lake Louise Inn
"Stayed 1 night in 2 BR 2 bath loft suite. Beautiful room, new, well appointed and comfortable and clean. Good food., nice pool. Good location, friendly staff."
