"The hotel overall was clean however it’s in desperate need of an upgrade. I booked a loft suite and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the jetted tub looked gross and the room was hot even with no heat and both windows upstairs and downstairs open - it was snowing outside and cold. Staff was lovely"

Breakfast on site was a nice plus and the staff coordinating breakfast every morning did a fantastic job. Great price for midweek in Louise."

"Enjoyed our staff at the lake Louise inn. Staff are always wonderful, and we love the buffet breakfast in the lodge. We stayed in lodge 2 and it felt a bit outdated and run down but we still had a great stay. Will be back in 2 weeks to stay in a deluxe room this time."

The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. What really stands out is the service — every team member goes above and beyond. We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us. Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world.
