"Nice stay. We had a room that was the old motel style with the door to the parking lot on the first floor. this building did not have an elevator so those on the second floor need ed to carry their things up the stair. There was a breakfast buffet for $10.00 CDN pp plus tax. The buffet was similar to those found at other hotels that had an included breakfat. TownPlac, Residene Inn, Holida Inn.
It was OK for the price"
"The only area where we have criticisms is in the food offerings. As with the other parts of the hotel, the service was consistently good to excellent. The food itself, however, was generally lacking in terms of choice/variety, flavor/seasoning and value. The various dining spaces are amazing aesthetically; it’s a shame that the food didn’t live up to these spaces. We also felt it to be a missed opportunity that no food/beverage service is offered for the outside seating areas (beyond fire services). This would seemingly generate a great deal of high margin revenue.
Every other aspect of our stay was magical. Thank you for your hospitality!"
"Room assigned was located at end of park which was perfect for less utv activity. Beautiful view and comfortable room. Loved the balcony. Staff did their best with the limited resources they had to work with-i.e. shuttle services.
Dinner at the Mount Burgess Dining room was an excellent experience both in our menu and view!"
"Room was okay, nothing fancy. Really hot at night, no a/c.
We had dinner at Legends, restaurant of the inn, and the waiter was over the top, great guy. Good was delicious by the way."
"I was extremely impressed with the Post Hotel. The entrance lobby is beautiful in a historic vacation lodge sort of way. The rooms are very large with excellent beds. They also had a TV and refrigerator. No AC but they did provide fans in each room. Almost all of them seem to have balconies with mountainside views. There is lots of parking. One very nice benefit of staying here is the free hiker shuttles which run all day every half hour. Lake Louise is incredibly crowded and almost impossible to park at, so these shuttles are invaluable if you want a stress free visit. The staff at the hotel was excellent, and they provided many nice touches like a fruit basket in our room and staff stopped by each evening to offer water bottles and a tasty treat from the pastry chef. The hotel has an excellent gym, large indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. It’s a very each walk from the property across a small pedestrian bridge to the nearby Samson Mall where you can find a grocery store and a few small cafes and bakeries. The property was beautiful and really felt relaxing to stay there."
"Great stay at the cute, clean and convenient Paradise Bungalows! Loved the location. The collaboration that Paradise Bungalows has with Mountain Too Transport was an added bonus as it made it really easy to book transport to the Lakes. Very friendly and helpful
Staff!"
"We loved being in a remote area. We also loved at how there were no TVs and WiFi was only working if you go to the office. We wished we could stay longer but we put this on our bucket list to come back again and bring our kids with us next time. We want them to appreciate nature without being glued to their phones or iPads."
