"We stayed here with a group while running the Melissa's race. The cabin itself was well laid out, clean, and had enough room for our group. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I booked through expedia and was struggling to get them to help me change guest numbers to avoid extra fees. Even though that should have been on expedia to fix it, it was the hotel that helped- willingly and within minutes to make sure I was charged the correct amount. Thanks for the great stay and willingness to help! "
"I loved this property. Our experience at this hotel was top notch from the moment we walked in. The staff were attentive, welcoming and went above and beyond for my birthday. We had a suite on the 4th floor that made coffee on the balcony feel very magic and breath taking. The rooftop hot pool, fire and just the whole ambience is absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend staying here and will book here again. "
"Room is clean, cozy, spacious and gives you breathtaking views of the mountains from the balcony. Location is a little farther from the busiest area in Banff (aprox. 8 minutes walking), which makes it very quiet. It was a wonderful stay! "
