Disappointed with the Four Seasons Toronto for this times stay. We travelled to Toronto to attend the New Years Eve bash the four seasons were hosting. We were told it would be an adult event at the D Bar, so we booked us a table for 10:30. We show up and there’s children and parents everywhere and a terrible singer we thought was someone doing karaoke. We thought we accidentally stumbled into some kids Barmitzvah event. We talked to the manager about our disappointment in the event and left to find an adult New Year’s Eve event an hour before midnight. It should have been communicated that they were hosting a family new years event. Another issue was there’s children/family swim scheduled 9am-12pm AND 4-7pm weekends. We tried to go swimming when we checked in at the 4pm check in time before our 8pm dinner and the pool was a ZOO. about 30 kids jumping splashing everywhere, parents throwing them around. definitely not what I expected at the four seasons, more like the YMCA? we were disappointed to not be able to relax and swim before dinner and to find out only other adult swim time before check out in the morning was 7am-9am. To top it off upon check out they had the audacity to mischarge us for drinks we ordered to our room. The drinks on their room service menu were $19 per cosmo, however they charged us 26$ on the receipt upon check out. The reception had to call their manager to figure out why their computer was charging extra. Sketchy.
