Suite was large and had great amenities such as full size fridge. Bed was comfortable. Hallways carpet was stained in a few places. Room was not made up after first night. We were told when checking put that it us only done every second day due to covid.

The property is in a great location, if you want a bare minimum stay this is perfect for you. We stayed multiple nights, cleaning was minimum (didn’t wipe down countertops as we could still rings), didn't change out our bar of soap the entire time we were there. Don’t believe they actually changed our sheets as the bed was barely made when we returned. BUT the housekeeping is very quick.

Very nice rooms, large, clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is in a great location. We stayed 4 nites. Disappointing that they only came in to change the towels once, and do not clean or make beds etc. I had to ask for additional soap and shampoo. The hotel has nice balconies with each room, but the are locked and not accessible.

Perfectly acceptable place to stay. We had a roomy suite with a comfortable bed. Located 1 block east of Yonge and two blocks south of Bloor so walking distance to Yorkville and U of T. Parking was $36/night.

Was perfect having a separate room to put the baby down and still be able to stay up and hang out! Complimentary breakfast was great. Quick walk to Bloor Yonge subway and anything we needed was very close by!

Great area to be around. The subway is close by. The hotel offers a continental breakfast. It is clean and spacious. The elevator 3 of them can not cope with the number of people going in and out in the morning, so it tends to stop on every single floor. Also, the door to the balcony is locked at all times. It is not possible to access the balcony and enjoy the view.
