The discounted parking at the nearby NPC was really helpful. Feedback: However, I don’t think it was worth the price I paid for one night (£150). The heating / AC did not work at all and the windows don’t open - it was so stuffy in the room and absolutely no air. The fan in the bathroom was also not of good quality. The fridge in the room did not work. The TV only had about 50% of channels working. The restaurant is only for breakfast, so if you want lunch / tea it is in the lobby bar which is very small for a hotel that size, it had only one person working there so (although not their fault) service was slow. The lifts (x3) didn’t always work, often left with just one being in use. The hotel overall needs an uplift, decor is tired and old stains on the carpets etc. "
