From the moment I arrived at the hotel, you were vaued. From the attentive reception staff who took time out to provide me an impromptu tour of the lobby showing me where everything is, to the amazing breakfast selection to start the day. Ideally located on dam square, this hotel is but moments away from all the main attractions.

Very stylish. Very well-appointed. Service was a little clumsy or understaffed at times in reception and the Champagne Bar, but superb in Tailors Bar.
