The room was very nice. Great view with a large window. Excellent location with an easy walk from the central station. The room was clean in the obvious places, but lots of dust and dirt under the beds, hair and dirt behind the bathtub, and food and wrappers under the pull-away bed. Areas hard to clean were not cleaned. Early check in not available despite the property confirming it would be. There was a secure area to put our luggage. The concierge was very helpful.

Very nice, safe and clean hotel conveniently located to the train station. You can easily catch the train from the airport almost to the front door of the hotel. Within walking distance of all the sites and places to visit in Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Lovely week at Amsterdam My wife abd I had a very pleasant stay for a week. Hotel is located idealy next to Amaterdam Central station. The room is well equpied and modern. We had a nice view of the canal. Breakfast was excellant with a huge variety to choose from. Staff was very friendly

Only complaint was that we arrived at 3:30 and the room was not ready had to wait and hour and a half past check in to get our room. Also the room was not super clean floors needed to be swept and mopped and there were some wrappers under the couch.

Everything was good, but the area was in construction and had limited access. Also my coffee machine was not working, I asked for them to fix if, but they didn’t. In the other hand, room, gym and staff were really nice 👍

The location was wonderful, right across the river from the train station. My wife and I walked everywhere without issue. We would stay in the hotel agin if we make it back to Amsterdam

Location, location is the best. Concierge was great, however, room needs better lighting and the beds are uncomfortable. The bed is made up of a mattress and pad, no box spring, very low and my back was sadly in pain all week.

The room was cleaned once and the cleaning lady did not even bother to pick up all the dirty towels. We stayed for 3 nights and the sheets were not changed. The money we paid for gettkng an executive room was too expensive. Never agian!
