Great hotel. Right opposite the station, so it's quite busy outside, and picking the higher rooms mean you get less noise. Very clean with comfortable rooms, the pool, sauna and gym are nicely equipped. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a good choice of food.

Very easy to find, straight across from the central station! The staff were very helpful & the consierge excellent. Our front room was huge, very comfortable bed. Great view out to central station. Not noisy, must be excellent double glazing. Position of hotel was good to walk / tram to venues. We walked everywhere. It is in a busy area, but once inside the hotel very tranquil. My only complaint was our slow to empty sink…. But after asking 3 times the plumber achieved his mission! The room maid seemed to forget to stock up our tea bags & milk, fortunately the bar staff could give us tea bags & milk .can’t say our used tea mugs looked particularly cleaned on one occasion. Would I stay again, absolutely. Great front off house staff, central, location & a bit peace after the bustling streets!

This hotel has an amazing pool and sauna which guests can use. There is also a gym if you did want to use it. The staff were very accomodating and the rooms are very clean, with great facilities such as operating closing curtaind and lights via a button. I love how close it is to the station and tram transport as well. Will be back again.

We loved how close it was to amsterdam centeral, it was easy to get to after the long flight and then travelling within the city it was always easy to navigate being so close, The pool/spa area is absolutely beautiful and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful
