"Beach was great. Lounging chairs easily available. Good variety of food. Pleasant staff. But staff not responsive to complaints such as phone not working, fan not working, broken lock on balcony door etc. And there were some cockroaches in one of the rooms."

"Overall underwhelming. The beach and pools had people packed in like sardines and you had to claim a chair at 6 in the morning to ensure you had one. Food was bland. I only gave it two stars because the staff was great. Otherwise it would have been one star. "

"Check in process was terrible. We ran into issues with payments, however the man checking us in once we got to our room he called the room and said they weren’t bringing our bags we had to go get them from lobby then stated they didn’t charge us correctly his exact words “all I know you owe 380.00” very rude on the phone. Worst experience only nice person was Tony. Kids show we all felt like we were sitting in the dark. Buffet was dark, food was the same every day. Food was maybe a 1star. Needless to say I don’t leave reviews and this says a lot how terrible it was with water also shutting off, room flooded list goes on. "

"Resort was very clean and they really kept up with the landscaping. The beach was absolutely stunning! The resort had so much to do you were never bored. Food was average but still one of my favorite resorts I have visited. Will definitely be coming back :)"

"I loved my stay here. I went solo and felt safe the entirety of my stay. The staff was lovely and the entertainment staff made a real effort are making connections with guests and making the experience enjoyable. The bar staff was excellent and drinks were good. The beach was perfect right off the resort. Hibachi restaurant was delicious. My room was very clean and house cleaners came each day. Very pretty resort. I would recommend! "

"The adult only side was wonderful for a senior lady. Food was good. Short walk to the beach and very close to the pool and buffet. Shuttle service to the reservation restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I never used the Spa but it looked very clean and well staffed. All in all a wonderful vacation."

"The hotel receptionist did not provide any information about the hotel upon arrival. We had to visit the front desk to request pool towels and obtain basic hotel details. During checkout, we had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs and walk to reception because no one responded to our request for assistance. We stayed in Room 201-K, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. The furnishings were very simple, and the twin beds were quite uncomfortable. Upon entering the unit, there was a strong humidity odor, and there were many mosquitoes inside the room. No elevators. The master bathroom consistently had a strong sewage odor, similar to untreated wastewater, which made it very unpleasant. Additionally, the glass shower door was not installed properly and swung from side to side, creating a safety hazard when entering the shower. I did report this issue during checkout. The kitchen was not properly equipped; there were no basic supplies available, not even a kitchen towel. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow. The reception staff appeared very disorganized, and overall the unit felt outdated and in need of a full renovation. Pros:The beach was nice, and the food was acceptable. The servers were very kind and attentive. The pool area was nice, although it was not as large as advertised. Guests have the option to add an all-inclusive package or stay without it. spacious, large closets, good air conditioning, fans."
