The shower heads could have been better. They had some scale/calcium buildup on them. The front desk staff could have been more friendly. Overall, the hotel was a good stay.

The gym was great, but my partner and I noticed our door was open after leaving for several hours, we had both checked it was closed when we left. We had the do not disturb sign displayed so our room should not have ben

A very nice property, pool is quiet and the staff is excellent there, thank you to Jasmine for taking such good care of us❤️. We have stayed at this property several times and like that is not that typical Vegas hotel, much more upscale with a professional staff all around. Only negative was that we needed to leave a day earlier than booked due to a family issue at home and gave the hotel a notice 2 days prior to us leaving and they still would not give us a refund for the night we never used. I understand hotels have their policies but for a loyal customer traveling with a special needs daughter I would have hoped they could have made an exception under the circumstances but they chose not to. Still a great hotel if you want a quiet professional setting in Vegas.

Room is great Large and nice

This stay had to be one of my favorite stays in Vegas. From how quiet my room was, to the view, the amenities, and the staffs attention to detail and all of their accommodations. No request I had felt like it was too much for them and they were beyond helpful!
