"My room was dirty. The duvet needed to be replaced because it was dirty. The hotel was low on towels so we didn’t have enough clean towels on the second day. Our sofa had a big rip. Walls very dirty. Tub scuffed and toilet dirty. Check-in attendant was on personal call during my check-in."

"parts 0f hotel had been closed by the city because of some major issues. pool sauna gym and bar were all closed. It was like a ghost town. Not sure how they were allowed to stay open Foun a number of bugs in the room Very unacceptable"
