"Great to return to the NH. This is a very convenient place to stay. Close to the city center, nightlife, restaurants etc but not too close which means it is very quiet. Lovely staff who are very helpful. "

The check-in process was very slow, as the staff were on their phones answering questions and not paying much attention to the people who were ready to check-in. The staff where not helpful in recommendations for dinner to things to do in the area. The hotel was very expensive for what it was - I think that I would look elsewhere next time. "

"If you don’t want your room cleaned everyday you can hang a notice on the door. You get 2 vouchers each night you do this for a free drink. Hotel ideal for cyclist. Only 10min cycle ride to beach. Lots of cycle parking, locked area for e-bikes with charging points and lots of bikes for hire. Plenty of parking Very friendly helpful staff. "
