Great base for Impro Amsterdam

A really excellent base to visit the Impro festival, just a short bus ride from all the venues and the same to get back into the centre of town. I had a lovely big room overlooking the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also very quiet which led to a very peaceful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I was experiencing a severe headache during my stay, and they consistently checked in to ensure I was okay. Their care and kindness made me feel truly valued. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff.

Spacious room with large bath, this hotel is close to nice supermarkets, friday market across the street, ferry drop from Central station and convenient shuttle service to Amsterdam Centraal which is walkable from Dam square. Alert and helpful staff, who are very kind and easily approachable, and a wonderful asset to the hotel. U must visit their lovely bar with great food ..

The free shuttle service is the deal breaker, if you do not want to be in the middle of it all then this hotel is perfectly located, a 5 minute shuttle ride to the free ferry getting you to central station in 10 minutes.

The hotel is overpriced , my room had a window to a disposal garbage of the hotel . This price I paid was too high . The lobby smells awful My room was with a small window , it looked like a closet . The mattress has bumps , my worst experience !

False Advertisements All Around

Don’t book this hotel if youre going to rely on the shuttle service. They advertised on their website that the shuttle picks up/drops off at Central Station and runs continuously. Upon arrival, we were told we had to take the ferry across the river and also call to request the driver. The driver took over 15 minutes usually to come, even though the hotel is a 6 minute drive away from the pick up point. This slowness caused us to miss our train to Germany on our last day in Amsterdam. The hotel also advertises 24/7 room service and this is also false. When we attempted to order room service, we were told the kitchen was closed. The rooms were comfortable but we will not stay here again due to the false advertisement.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes modernes Hotel. Top, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Kostengünstiger Parkplatz!!! Ganzer Tag Shuttle Bus zur Verfügung, Hotel-Zentrum !!! Gutes Frühstück und super bequemes Bett. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und genossen auch die angenehme Ruhe m Norden von Amsterdam in der Nacht. Dazu erhielten wir ein Upgrade vom Hotelzimmer :) Gast des Tages. Wow..tolle Surprise. Sowieso sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN..

Une chambre et un hôtel en général confortable. La station de métro est proche et l'hôtel propose une navette vers le centre. Beaucoup de professionnels y séjournent - il s'agit d'une grande chaine, on n'y recherche pas l'atout charme des petites structures Bon petit déjeuner
