Remodeled Rooms are smaller and non functional. Service is mediocre. Personal seems young inexperienced and untrained. Use to love this hotel. Had reservations for August, canceled them.

Hotel is getting a bit tired. Our duplex suite was in desperate need of being updated. No concierge / bell boy service. Check-in staff overloaded, so difficult to get housekeeping queries answered (as the front desk staff handle housekeeping calls as well). Duplex rooms are front-facing and, despite double-glazing, are rather noisy as they overlook a busy road. That said, the hotel is very conveniently located (though somewhat over-priced).
