Our first stay in Amsterdam was made truly unforgettable thanks to Art’otel, who went above and beyond to make our birthdays special. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—there’s honestly nothing negative to say about our experience with them. We stayed there recently as my daughter-In-law had surgery and needed the handicap access room. The staff were fantastic! Everyone was so kind and helpful, fetching ice packs and loaning us a wheel chair to get her in and out. The hotel is dog friendly so their pup could be with her for her recovery. They had treats and bowls for him. The location, across from the station was super, too. (Brian and Daniella, she made it up the stairs!

The hotel was in the center of all activities and restaurants. It is filled with fascinating artwork. I stayed in a fourth-floor room, which was a bit dim but impressively spacious. The shower was a highlight of the stay! Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, especially the bartender, whose passion for his craft really shone through. We enjoyed some unique, high-quality cocktails—though they do come with "American" price tags. The complimentary roasted almonds were a lovely touch.

We recently stayed at art'hotel in Amsterdam and it proved to be a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, across from the train station, so it is easy to get to and is within walking distance of many of Amsterdam's main attractions. The decor and the artwork is very interesting and unique. The room was quite comfortable. What really made the stay great was the staff. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. They were all friendly and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant, Arca (Portuguese), and the food was great and the service excellent. Overall, a great stay.
