Overall it was a nice place to stay and I liked the social area in the reception lobby. Very spacious, natural light. The rooms were also very spacious, beds super comfortable. The only downside I would say is that no mini toiletries provided in the room i.e. cotton pads, cotton buds, mini shampoo, mini conditioner. Oh and the shower is not super powerful and water only warms to a certain temperature. No other downsides. 20 minutes by metro to Centraal station so can't complain!

We had an excellent stay here. Everything was so good, the location is excellent, you have a metro station a few meters away. The check in was so agile and the staff was so kind.

Loved the stay - amazing room but loose tap in bedroom and missing Chromecast which we raised to the staff but it was not fixed.

This hotel is definitely more cool than a traditional hotel. The decor is a bit unusual but it's not a bad thing. The hotel is close to some really great restaurants and very close to the metro which is a positive. The room is comfortable, good size and has almost all of the basics. I like the easy streaming on the TV, which allowed me to mirror my phone over and watch it on the TV. slight negative, the room has only shampoo and shower gel - it could do with conditioner and body lotion as well. Some other bits are available on request like dental kits and vanity kits. Service is mixed - mostly really friendly and helpful staff, there was one lady who just couldn't be bothered to smile and kind of rushed me when there was no one waiting and no one picked up the phone when I called to reception. I do think the staff issues were only a one off. I would come back and stay if I come back to Amsterdam again.
