We had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Amsterdam. We stayed here for a couple of nights, and Nilesh made our stay extra special with his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly responsive to everything we needed and always went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. His warm attitude truly made us feel welcome and valued. Had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, rooms were clean & the rainforest shower was amazing. The hotel is located away from the centre of Amsterdam but is very well connected, with the metro literally on the doorstep. Will definitely stay again.

The location was beautiful, Windows opened down to St Lazare square, only thing bad was the air conditioning, too loud and lost the Freon all the time, the hotel tech would fill it and it would leak during the night.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The staff there are friendly and always professional. The hotel itself is beautiful on the inside. My only concern was not being able to utilize the elevators because of the high volume of guests checking in at one time.

Overall good hotel however no AC in our room. Complained several times but no luck. Just the usual ‘someone will fix it’. Was very hot in the room. Also struggled to get room cleaned. Even booked via reception and still nobody turned up. Hotel is good 15-20mins train from the central station. Clean nice hotel otherwise

Breakfast choices were great, if you like Tea they had a tea bar with loose tea, it was fantastic. The drinks were great at the bar. None of us could get our rooms to be a good temperature and asked them a few times but it never changed, that was the only issue. Location was good you could get in the metro right across the street.

Hotel is nice and in a good location for the Metro. Staff were excellent, but the cleanliness of the room was poor. The carpet in the room didn't look like it had been hoovered recently and it was heavily stained. Lots of limescale in the bathroom and the bed headboard was dirty too.
