Hotel was just OK, didn't like that shower was open and right next to toilet which make the bathroom very flood all around after every shower. Also for some reason our bathroom smelled vey bad and we had to make sure to keep the door closed or the smells goes to all the room. Also the employees werevery unfriendly I didn't feel welcome like I normally do, Some of them were ok but others like that guy Gaby was a jerk. I will give a 2.5 start hotel

We enjoyed the location of this property since it was only a 6 minute walk to the train and a 20 minute train to central Amsterdam. It was quiet and nice. The only downside was how outdated the overall building was for a best western.

This hotel is a cheap option as it is outside the centre of Amsterdam. It was fine for what it was. The beds though were not very comfortable and the shower was blocked and water flooded the bathroom. When I told the front desk staff they did not apologize or ask how it had been

The front desk staff were accommodating and the room was clean. It wasn’t the most equipped but it suffice as my friend and I were out most of the time. The hotel also has rental bikes and a breakfast buffet for really great prices so I would recommend adding those to your stay!

While the property and people were fine, the hygienic cleaning needs a change. When asked about the cleaning of coffee cups and glass replacements, we were told that this is a three star hotel and they no longer clean them. We stayed 4 days, and were only given clean mugs when we complained! this was not acceptable. Also the shower setup allows water to go all over the bathroom floor, we had to put a towel on the floor to prevent water spreading right to the door! WE Never got new plastic cups but our towelswerw taken and changed everyday! The soap dispensers were very difficult to use,,hard to squeeze. Needless to say , doesnt make sense. Coffee was never refilled and we had to ask for more! These things need to change

Helpful staff. Rooms a bit smaller but so was price so all in all a good compromise. Mattresses a bit too soft for us but not a major issue. Great buffet dinner and 8 minute walk to tram line to central station.

Lovely clean hotel! Staff could not be anymore helpful. Fantastic breakfast. And about 6 minutes away from a tram stop that goes direct into the centre of Amsterdam

Good size room for our family. Good transport links to the city centre with the tram. Staff who checked us in were not particularly friendly. Interior around the hotel corridors looks tired and worn. Cups left outside someone's room on the floor sat there for the 3 days we stayed.
