Loved the hotel - fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and view, with a well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. I highly recommend treatments from the wonderful Nestor at the spa- the seaweed wrap and hot stone message with reflexology were especially good. So relaxing!
The only downside is the Dreams Dolphin Discovery - I just don’t agree with breeding cetaceans in captivity - rescue/sanctuary yes; captive breeding to live in captivity no. It’s the only thing about the place...

This is our second stay at this resort and we found it to be just as good as the first time around. The hotel is ideally located just a 10 minute (MXN 140) taxi ride away from the main 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen, or about an hour walk along the beach (highly recommended).
This time we stayed in the Adults Only section of the resort and this provided an exclusive restaurant for breakfast and lunches.
The food was varied and staff were great.

Overall a very good week. Room was clean and perfectly adequate if a bit dated in decor. Hotel has plenty of varied things to do during the day which we appreciated. The wedding ceremony we attended was very well organised. Giving this 4 stars as the food was mostly average.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is cleaned of seaweed daily. We especially enjoyed the hotels al a carte restaurants. The kids enjoyed the waterpark.
The room was lovely, although it didn't have enough storage in the room for a family of four, meaning we had to leave a lot of our clothes in the suitcase.
Unfortunately the cenote and some of the resorts other attractions were closed, which we were not informed of...
