We left this place for the end of our trip. It was a very good decision.
If you want to do nothing and just be... it is the place.
We didnt have a car, so you need to take in mind yhat hopping to Tulum, reqiure Taxis.
But we knew that and did not want to leave.
Going Outside this is like going out of the bubble. Why pop it.
There were issues. Well it is 2022, staff is a challenging issue. But management aware, and knows to be accountant about un trained staff.

Excellent and relaxing break. Thank you. David was particularly helpful. We loved the staff, the lagoon, the cenotes, the food, the colectivos and the Akumel beach.

Highly recommend!!! Our suite at this stunning hotel was mind blowing! Exactly what I wanted, perfect location on tulum beach, From the moment we arrived, there was ample car parking, great customer services and welcoming drinks. We were shown our suite located on the beach front after a very swift check in, walked through a jungle themed aesthetically pleasing pathway, Bedroom was very clean, included towels / beach towels / toiletries.

Hotel was lovely, big spacious rooms. Great attention to detail by the staff. Free parking was handy and nice that breakfast is included. Beach location is perfect. Worth the extra money to go for the rooms with the rooftop bath and beds. The stars at night in Tulum are like nothing I have ever see before.

Good beachside accommodation. Good food and service. My only gripe about Tulum is why is everything so expensive compared to other resorts in Mexico? For example: (Mazaltan, Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Escondido, Zihuatanejo, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos) They charge more money because they can. I liked Tulum but it really doesn't live up to the hype.

Really nicely designed hotel and room. Would definitely stay here again and good value for our trip. Free bikes so you can explore beach and town. Breakfast included is cooked to order. Can be a bit different each day e.g. help yourself to coffee / order through wait staff which at times was a bit slow despite many people not being there. This hasn't affected my overall rating at all but there isn't a wardrobe which is a bit annoying for slightly longer stays to hang clothes up. You need to...

The rooms are really clean and comfortable - and it was great to be right on the beach and in the heart of the Tulum beach strip. Plus having our own beach chairs and bringing our own snacks and drinks worked well for us. It's opposite Hartwood - one of the area's best restaurants, which is amazing. At night, the music from the restaurant next door is very loud on Friday and Saturday nights so it's best to stay out until later to avoid the loud music.
