"We love that this hotel is pet friendly. The room was perfect. Continental breakfast had more choices than any place I've seen. The free drinks is a nice touch also. What is needed is a pet area. Also the parking rate is ridiculous but that is Vancouver I guess "

"Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff that are very nice, friendly and attentive to you. The hotel is right on the corner so very convenient and close or walking distance to the station, gastown and not far from Chinatown. Plus other close by restaurants, bars, shops and market. The room is spacious, clean and very is functional. The parking garage is abit tricky since you have to get a remote from the hotel and parking within next door building and once you check out, they will have a staff open the door for you to get into the garage. They do have bakery, restaurant and a bar (I think) and we had breakfast there and it was great with also great service. Overall we had a wonderful, peaceful and enjoyable stay here. Will come back and stay here when I’m in town for sure. "

"Place was fine except the toilet didn't work properly when we arrived. Maintenance took so long to show up to fix it that we were trying to sleep when they came by. "

"Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour. "

"Hotel was very clean and quiet and the location was great for walking anywhere. The hotel however lacked a microwave to heat anything. No utensils /paper cups for the coffee bar . The bed was very hard . We felt as if we slept on a concrete floor . Very expensive for 2 nights . "
