"We were bummed to find out that the pool was under construction, since this was not communicated to us ahead of time. My kids were disappointed. The parking situation is also kind of a nightmare, and very expensive. The hotel is beautiful and staff are wonderful, though."

"I reserved a room with two queen beds and we were given two double beds, which are tiny. The room was on par with a Sheraton and didn’t find the hotel to the caliber of a luxury hotel. It was fine, but I feel like we overpaid for the experience compared to what else is available in Vancouver. Maybe the Pacific Rim location is nicer? If you are on/off a cruise ship, I bet it’s perfect because the ships are right across the street thought."

"Pinnacle is right in the heart of the harbour downtown Vancouver. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good quality. The hotel is older but well maintained. We enjoyed our stay at the Pinnacle!"
