It is a old house, but superb renovated. We stayed only for one night.

Great spot, allowed us to check in early. They contacted me to let me know that I booked a room without a private bath to make sure I knew. Rooms are small but have everything you need. The shared bathroom was no problem, never had to wait and they were always clean.

The hotel itself was beautiful. They have the most comfortable beds of any place we stayed on our vacation. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. There was a problem with our reservation and we did not get an exposed brick wall which was very disappointing. The area was full of homeless people and one was yelling at no one outside for a long time in the evening. Not the hotels fault but i would not feel safe walking around there at night.

I couldn’t sleep all night because there were pidgeons in the walls almost purring all night long and all morning. $300 a night for animals in the walls and a shared bathroom. Not worth it at all.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. It was a fantastic boutique style hotel right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I will be recommending this hotel highly and it has becoming my new go to for my frequent trips to the city. Loved it!
