"Rumbling from subways trains at nearby Victoria station can be disturbing. Beautiful hotel lobby, but the lower priced rooms are nothing but convention center-hotel quality. In fact, there were meetings and conventions going on when we arrived. The room looked out at an old, dirty glass roof and was far from the lobby. "Where do I begin????!!!! Beautiful hotel stay and two of the most amazing staff members/hosts I’ve ever encountered! Taher and Michelle went above and beyond for my wife and I. We travel often and this has been so memorable. The kindness and hospitality from the two of them ranks higher than 5 stars. Many stoic faces in our visit but they fade in comparison to what these two individuals have done. We will be back and I would highly recommend you stop here on your travels. This area is close to...
