"The hotel was clean"

"Great location, very modern, limited storage in the room but room was comfortable, great bed. The location is next to Victoria Train station so little uncomfortable area after dark, but lots of people around, just have to be careful, that said getting around was perfect being next to the Underground and access to Gatwick airport is excellent using the Gatwick Express, 5 minutes from hotel and only 30 minutes on the train. Also breakfast was excellent."

"I loved the staff, very polite, clean facility, quality toiletry product, quality food, great breakfast, clean rooms and everyday had house keeping without even asking for, great bed and beddings, courteous staff, nice rooms with good furniture and sufficient kitchen supplies. also great relaxing environment. There was nothing that I did not like. one thing I would suggest was instead of sparkling wine that we did not use as a VIP access gift, they should have given us credit for breakfast or something that we would use."

"I liked that it was close to the Horizon Cruise Terminal and easy to walk with suitcases. I did not care for the breakfast choices and they did not provide washcloths."

"Stayed 2 nights in the Wizards Chamber with my family of 5, the beds were so comfortable and no noise at night, it felt like the room was sound proof (it really helped us with our jet lag from CA), breakfast was great, staff was so so nice The only thing I could say negative is that the room for my family of 5 was a bit small but nothing that we couldn't manage, and that doesn’t change the fact that we would defiantly stay here again. (Again this is for the Wizards Chamber room)"
