Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria
I stayed here for two nights in April. I chose a room without windows, but i didn’t realize it would be located in the basement, which was a bit disappointing. The layout of the floor felt almost like a hospital, and the space was noticeably cold. The breakfast dining hall was unexpectedly large. ...
