"Staffs were amazing at helpful for keeping my ubereats order before my arrival. However, the room amenities could be better, would have liked some bottled water and I was given a room with disabled facilities which I did not request for. Hence, not to my preference in terms of the shower area, especially the tap area as it was too low for my liking and I do have back problems, hence not the best when bending down while brushing"

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Exquisite hotel. Room and bathroom sizes were spacious, staff were very helpful, and cleanliness was impeccable. I recommend paying for the daily breakfast spread. The options were excellent and it saved a lot of time trying to figure out where or what to have to eat before a big day of touring."

"Great hotel for sightseeing. Can walk to many places or take the tube which is steps away. Breakfast was very good and the free tea and coffee all day was a bonus. Room was functional but small as expected. We had golf clubs, 2 carryons and 2 backpacks and it all fit but you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the room or work there. Bathroom was also small but good amount of shelf space and storage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend so long as you’re willing to sacrifice space for location and value."
