Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Special thanks to Mr Dong, Mr Jacky and Ms Anna

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

Really lovely hotel, incredibly helpful staff, particularly the front desk. I am an older traveller and here on my own, the hotel feels safe, knowledgable and secure. Breakfast is amazing rooms clean and beautifully comfortable. Delighted with the stay so far.

A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities.
If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning.
We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray.

This is an amazing hotel in the Old Quarter, central to everything. We were at the back of the hotel, so very quiet as the streets are noisy and there is often live music in the street close to the hotel. Staff are very attentive, and friendly and are happy to talk about their country and way of life. Many thanks to Chester & Don. We would definitely stay here again if we went back to Hanoi.

We arrived late but still received a warm welcome. We were served with drinks while a receptionist gave us a city map and explained where the local sites and places of interest were, as well as the best places to eat (depending on how much you wanted to spend and what you wanted eat.)
All the staff speak good English and are more than happy to help with anything - from organising trips and tours to in my case sending a member of staff to accompany me to a local shop to buy a SIM card for my...

We stayed here for 2 non consecutive nights before and after a trip to Halong Bay. They ensured everything went smoothly throughout and anticipated our needs with no fuss. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular the guest managers and also the doorman. A late checkout of 3pm on our last day was also extremely helpful. Great breakfast as well.

If you have ever been to Hanoi, you would know how busy and noisy the city is. Staying at the Diamond Westlake Suites is the complete opposite. It is tranquil, and a very relaxing place to stay. The room was super large, with separate bedroom, and living area. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, electric cooker, rice maker, kettle, pans, cutlery, iron and ironing board The large free form swimming pool had three sections, one at 1.8m for swimmers, one...
