"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room was very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and good value for money. We also enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Hotel has a great location, very close to Kensington High Street Tube. Would love to stay again."

"The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again as the price is reasonable considering location."

"The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. I had a window with a nice view of the Tower Bridge. Overall the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable. The concierge gave us 2 universal outlet adapters with a $5 deposit for each"
