Excellent facilities and the staff was great. The food was also surprisingly good for an all inclusive. We enjoyed the many pools and several of the regional restaurants. The only disappointment was the beach, which had massive amounts of seaweed. Unfortunately, we were here at one of the worst times for seaweed.

The property is nice. The only thing it was there was a lot of seaweed you could not swim in the ocean and it smelled. The buffet at the beach and at Hacienda could have different type of food and not the same thing everyday. My child loved the kids club. Isabel the bartender in the main lobby at Katenah was great.

The quality of service in the family selection area is outstanding. Rooms are tidy and comfortable and everyone in the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Food and drinks are of great quality and probably the best I have seen in an all inclusive resort. The only downside wasn’t even the hotels fault but it’s important to have in mind that a lot of sargassum comes to the coast in the June-August season and beach was completely unusable. Hope I can come back again, totally worth it! 100% recommended for families

Great family vacation! We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. The food was good but make your reservations early for the restaurants or you will be dining at the buffet only. The rooftop pool room was wonderful! Our only complaint is the beds were small and not very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. The pools were really nice and the kids enjoyed the water slides. I would highly recommend this resort. We had an excellent experience and will definitely revisit this resort!

Our stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah was perfect from start to finish. The resort is stunning, incredibly clean, and the service is top-notch. Our concierge Allesandra was very attentive and most helpful during the week, property is clean and dining options were good for all inclusive. We were fortunate to be moved into Family Selection area of resort upon check in, we did not know about this beforehand, but an excellent upgrade for families wanting a little more privacy. Location is a good 25-30 minutes from Tulum, and an hour from Tulum Airport just so you know. Overall, very good experience at this property and would highly recommend it.

The butlers, porters. golf cart drivers, waiters and waitresses were genuinely friendly and hospitable. Some even remembered our names after meeting the first day. I would especially give a shout out to Lesley (restaurant hostess), Daniela (Villa 50 butler), Guillermo (Villa 50 butler), and Javier (La Hacienda omelet chef).
