We felt very well taken care of. The pools and the slides were great. The kids loved the room service and the suite that we stayed in. The only compaint would be lack of food options for lunch, and a couple of the dinner options did not live up to our expectations. The Habachi Grill is highly recommended if you like sushi.

Dreams was beautiful in location and building. staff were very friendly. Great to have so many options for kids. Misleading that there is an adult pool but you have to be a preferred member to use it. And there were no blow dryers in the room but stated there was.

This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It's a perfect place for a family vacation, activities for every age and the food was amazing. Have been to many all inclusive this one has been one of the best.

Great hotel if you don't mind being away from downtown cancun area. Great family amenities, food was delicious and staff was excellent! Just a little too far to the strip for me.

Absolutely Loved every Minute of our stay as we Celebrated our daughter and Son in law getting Married. From checking in to checking out was phenomenal, definitely are new vacay resort, Thank you @ Dreams Natura Resort and spa
