The staff were very accommodating and super helpful. The bed was comfortable, room clean and the shower had hot water. Air-conditioning worked well to. I only stopped one night so can't comment on the gym etc. I would definitely come back again.

4 adults (two parents and two adult sons) enjoyed staying in this nice hotel. Right in the middle of the old quarter, very close to the main nightlife, with restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short walk. Could be noisy if you were at the front of the hotel at the weekend, but the better rooms were at the back - larger and more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent. Absolutely unbelievable service.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Excellent service

Great location in heart of the Old Town. Beds and linen are top quality. Mattress is firm but they offer a soft topper on check in which made for a very comfortable sleep. Restaurant food is fabulous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and work hard to please you. My only negative is that, at times, it was a bit over bearing. Ms Lily and Mr Liam deserve a special mention.

The location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help. The spa provided extremely reasonably priced massages. We had arranged transfer to the airport through the hotel and when the flight time had been changed we were able to alter this at very short notice via email exchange which minimised stress. Would highly recommend!

We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The staff at this property were absolutely amazing - all of the front desk staff were so unbelievably helpful and kind. They had so much knowledge about the area and were helpful with booking onward travel, even walking me to my taxi. The hospitality alone makes this hotel :) the hotel is also in a prime location, not far from the old town. My room overlooked the train which was also an incredible view. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in during my 2 month travels.
