"The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. "Fantastic hotel with great service. Despite missing our connecting flight, the car organised by the hotel was waiting for us. Staff were attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was superb. We visited the spa and the Sky Bar and enjoyed both, with the staff continuing to provide a terrific experience. The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter makes every voyage outside the front doors and adventure. Would definitely stay here again. "
