What really stood out to me was how quickly the staff noticed that I needed help and how genuinely concerned they were. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Their kindness and personal attention meant a lot to me, especially when I was away from home. I truly appreciate how caring and supportive the staff were, and that experience made my stay even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip. The location is fantastic—less than a 2-minute walk to the beach with vibrant nightlife nearby. It’s also only about a 5-minute ride to the Dragon Bridge and night market. Great location, wonderful staff, and truly caring service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The reception staff were just wonderful, and so were the rest of the staff in the hotel. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the game rooms, the kids (and let's be honest, the grown-ups too) never ran out of things to do. You could easily spend your whole holiday without leaving the resort. Breakfast was another win, with loads to choose from, so everyone found something they loved. I think there were like 5 other restaurants in the hotel to eat from as well. Five days was nowhere near enough. We'll definitely be back! Thank you from Kenya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
