We had great difficulties getting through to Vietnam Airlines Reservations after they had a schedule change that would delay our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. Reception staff Hoai Nhu and Ngoc Cuong stepped in to help us contact the Airline. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome.
