One of the highlights for us was the spa—it was absolutely excellent and a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. "I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "

"The hotel was well situated along the river, near the Han market and the Dragon Bridge. The neighborhood was very walkable and it was easy to walk to the other side of the river, and I managed to walk to the beach and the train station, but this may not be for everyone. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my room and found it to be spacious and well laid out. The views of the river were spectacular, when it is not too smoggy out. The swimming pool is similar to what is shown in the pictures, but the facility has since become slightly dated. The breakfast was also amazing, with great variety in both Asian and Western dishes. Staff were friendly, and wifi was great. The hotel was slightly more pricey than nearby properties, but I think it was worth the expense. I would recommend this property to others visiting Da Nang and would certainly consider this hotel the next time I am in the city. "

"This is a brand new definitely five star restaurant with an excellent buffet in the morning not to be missed. The rooms are modern in every sense with fantastic views of the Han River. There are two pools one on the top of the 45th floor with a fantastic view of the city. Occasion was good and we will stay there again."
