"We loved our stay at M Village, the hotel is beautiful and the view from our room was gorgeous (booked premier relish room city view). We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. "Great location, lovely river views and attentive staff! Breakfast was good but get in early to ensure you get to have a taste of all on offer! Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the pool. Fireworks were spectacular!"

"We love the location in front of river and nearby lots of eateries, dragon bridge and Han market. Lots of massage places. The breakfast buffet has good selections. The only downside was the mini fridge. We turned to coldest setting and it was cool only, not cold. Overall, we enjoyed it and will definitely be back."

"We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right. As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages."

"Will not recommend the hotel if you want to go to the beach, it’s across the street and need to pay 5000 VND per person to access the beach, and when we used the water, there were some old lady who didn’t allow us to use and insisted we pay again to use the water. Totally bad experience. Hotel is decent if you are not planning to use the beach daily. The sheets were not clean and there were stains. As we stayed only one night, I didnt complain. The infinity pool had a very nice view of the beach though."
