My family and I had a great stay. The Home is in a nice villa community, very quiet and safe. The public pool is very clean and only a few people use it, so we are very comfortable when using the pool. The air conditioner make the place so pleasant. I think that the host had take great care of the house, there is everything in the house and it's luxurious, and clean. A lot of towels and bathroom amenities. It's an excellent, well furnished, well designed and well maintained modern place. It is as shown in the pictures. They also have bikes for hire for a very reasonable price which is very convenient as the location is quite far away from the centre where most bike rental places are. All the staff were polite and professional. Phuoc was very helpful (and handsome). He was always available on the phone if needed as he was the only one who spoke English. Only thing to be mindful of is the location....

A unique oasis of tranquillity and exceptional service. Only stayed for 2 nights but wished it was more. Made you feel special. Wonderful place and i would highly recommended

The hotel name says it all. It is a truly brilliant hotel with a lovely ambience, great breakfast buffet, ideally located with some really nice restaurants around, comfortable and clean with excellent service from some wonderful staff. The room we had (Grand Suite) was very spacious with great views looking over the Han River and the Dragon Bridge, and at a price we found to be reasonable. My friend and I stayed here a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed the villas surrounded by lush greenery. After a bumpy start due to some repair works happening at the hotel (which contributed noise during the day), the hotel staff more than made up for it and we learned that the repairs were for a short time only. I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this.
