Doorman Mr. Phat and Mr Thong in reception took good care of us. Breakfast buffet was great and rooms were clean. Only issue we had was with the humidity in our room. If you have any diet requirements and don't speak Vietnamese be careful at the hotel restaurant. The spa in the hotel was decent but a little overpriced. "
