"I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it. I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not. Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff."

"Service in the Brasserie was slow due to a large party. I waited 20 minutes for my soup but after that there were no problems. My room was lovely and reception staff gave me the room with disabled access which was very helpful."

"We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok."

"Enjoyed the stay, room 401, (wheelchair accessible) we found having to move the kettle to the other side of the room to get an electricity supply quite irritating when there must be a supply nearer to power the fridge. Also the lighting is inadequate particularly to see into the deep drawers near the door. The wet room has the best non slip floor we have ever found."

"We thought the actual hotel was fine, it was easy to find, there was plenty of free parking available and the members of staff we met were most helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom sink was almost blocked but we mentioned it to reception and I got the clear impression they would deal with it immediately! We only stayed one night but would stay again if we were in the area. "

"Arden Park is our preferred place to stay when visiting Stratford. It's a gorgeous B&B that is obviously well looked after and the owners put a lot of effort into ensuring it's a place for visitors to stay. This was our third time here and we will definitely be staying here again when visiting Stratford again."
