The pool was osed for the season but the stay was great, lovely location,clean and tidy and very well presented.

The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised. The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout. Great powerful shower too. The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating. Would definitely recommend this...

The place was immaculate and well maintained. The décor was fresh and tasteful. Everything from to furnishings to appliances were like new. The facilities from a smart tv to fast broadband were useful and welcome. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen appliances were in abundance. A lovely quiet rural location, but conveniently close to the centre of town and even closer to a large Waitrose store making it an ideal location with plenty of parking. Lovely place to stay. Cosy cottage on a farm with shire horses , sheep and geese. Plus two friendly dogs. Near to Stratford on Avon and Henley in Arden.

Would thoroughly recommend! Very spacious and beautifully designed house. Loved the decor and the atmosphere and was a great 10 day base for my young family touring the Cotswolds. Very central and has all amenities you could ask for on your doorstep 🙌

Immaculately presented and very comfortable cottage with a fabulous relaxing and private garden.

Property is quirky and well located but outdoor space needs some TLC to make it more usable and some more friendly outdoor seating. I found it unusual to be asked to strip the bed and put into a plastic bag before departing. Everything needed was there and I would return.

Great communication from the host. Property was well presented & had everything we needed. Weather was hot but fans provided. Shower started hot, then went cold, then warm. Not a problem when it was so hot but could have been a shock if it was cooler weather. Would recommend the cottage.

The property was above a popular cafe. Situated at one end of the main road that runs through Broadway. Close to all amenities, pubs and shops. Good location to visit local towns in the area. Enjoyed the stay and the property was clean and well equipped. The night lights with torches was a lovely feature.
