"The bathroom was tiny- no room for 2 people. Most of the time there was no hot water from the bathroom sink- the shower was okay. Food at breakfast wasn`t hot."

"Plenty of off road parking, no staff onsite, vending machine in main building with limited supply of chocolate bars and drinks etc. Room 17 - large room, comfy bed, powerful shower, proper size towels - the kind that actually go all the way around a fully grown adult male, space to work and very good wifi connection / speed. Downside.......no curtains in room just vertical office style blinds missing a blade which let lots of light in at night. Also the walls in the annexe are very thin, could hear the neighbours using the facilities and snoring throughout the night - appreciate this may not be the Dakota's issue but I can't be the first to have noticed and a few packs of ear buds would have helped."

Faultless service, an excellent and generous breakfast and unfailing helpful attitude from the staff who were all welcoming and friendly. "The room was very dirty - not just tired looking, as for this price my expectations were quite low but I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so dirty - walls in bathroom were splattered with god knows what, skirting boards caked in what looked like years old dust, hair in the shower, sheets were marked and stained. The room we had was made with what felt like paper thin walls and ceiling - we heard everything that was going on upstairs and across the hall. Would not stay here again unfortunately. "

"We stayed for one night before an exhibition at Stoneleigh Park. It was really convenient for that venue. The room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing -and for £11 you got fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, and then the full cooked breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well presented and lots of choice. I did notice a gluten free breakfast bar too. We ate in the evening - not a massive choice on the menu, but we found something we liked. The only downside for us was that the room was hot, but that might be perfect for others. Parking was easy, lovely grounds to walk round and lots of smaller, nook like areas to spend time in. We did not try the gym or other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Would come back again. "
