We had breakfast which was a choice off full english or continental, good choice of breakfast. Overall, i would definitely return to this hotel if I am to visit the BP Pulse in the future. "Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though."
